Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been chosen by F4 Transbay Partners to handle Rosewood San Francisco; a brand new, ultra-luxury lodge set to open in 2026.
The property will likely be positioned within the burgeoning Transbay District, near the Salesforce Park, a 5.4-acre elevated outside oasis that includes a 1,000-person amphitheatre.
Rosewood San Francisco will occupy 15 flooring of the 61-story, roughly 1.1-million-square-foot constructing within the new centre of the town.
Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, the 800-foot super-tall constructing is the final of higher downtown San Francisco’s skyscraper developments for the foreseeable future, and certainly one of simply three initiatives with a direct connection to the Salesforce Park by way of a pedestrian skybridge.
In addition to the lodge, the tower will function incomparable residences, workplace, retail areas and an expansive pedestrian realm.
Beyond its prime location, Rosewood San Francisco will supply roughly 180 expertly appointed guestrooms and suites with regionally impressed design by Joyce Wang Studio and beautiful views of the encompassing metropolis and adjoining park.
