Congress chief Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday urged the federal government to extend the value of sugarcane procurement from farmers and mentioned that there was no improve in it within the final three years whereas the costs of cooking fuel, petrol and diesel have been consistently rising.
The Congress basic secretary mentioned the BJP authorities is rising the value of LPG each month, and petrol and diesel costs have been elevated 60 to 70 occasions in 3-4 months.
“But the sugarcane price for farmers was not increased for three years?” Priyanka Gandhi tweeted in Hindi with the hashtags ‘Mehnge Din (costly days)’ and ‘ganne ke daam badhao (improve costs of sugarcane)’.
