Gold Futures Fall On Low Demand


Gold contracts for the October supply traded decrease by Rs 184, or 0.39 per cent, to Rs 47,428 per 10 gram in a enterprise turnover of 11,949 tons.

Gold costs fell Rs 184 to Rs 47,428 per 10 gram within the futures commerce on Wednesday, as speculators decreased their positions amid low demand.

Analysts attributed the autumn in gold costs to trimming of positions by individuals.

Globally, gold traded 0.61 per cent decrease to USD 1,797.40 an oz in New York.
