Govt  Appoints Abhay Kumar As Joint Secretary Of The Newly Formed Ministry Of Cooperation


As per the official assertion, “Appointment of Abhay Kumar Singh, lAS (BH:2004) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation for a combined tenure of seven years upto 30/08/2022 from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier against a newly created post.”

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), on Monday, appointed Abhay Kumar Singh, Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Bihar Cadre of 2004 batch as Joint Secretary of the newly fashioned Ministry of Cooperation. 

Abhay Kumar Singh is appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation for a mixed tenure of seven years upto 30 August 2022 from the date of assumption of the cost of the publish. 

As per the official assertion, “Appointment of  Abhay Kumar Singh, lAS (BH:2004) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation for a combined tenure of seven years upto 30/08/2022 from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier against a newly created post.”

The appointment of Singh together with a number of others has been authorised by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) which is headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as per the order by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

Talking in regards to the others who’ve been appointed by the central authorities are Abhay Singh, a 2004 IAS batch of the Bihar cadre, and Vijaya Lakshmi Nadendla, lAS (BH:1995) as Joint Secretary Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, for a tenure of 5 years. 

Meanwhile, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, underneath the management of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Monday, has appointed Priya Ranjan, Indian Forest Service (IFoS) of the Rajasthan Cadre from the 1998 batch as Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
