Government  Appoints Shailendra Singh, as Deputy Director General (DDG), The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology


As per the official assertion, “Shailendra Singh, IFoS (TR:1997) as Deputy Director General (DDG), UIDAI, HQ, New Delhi under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for a tenure of five years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Laxmi P. Rao Yarram, IFoS (MH:1986)”

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), on Monday, Shailendra Singh, IFoS (TR:1997) as Deputy Director General (DDG), UIDAI, HQ, New Delhi underneath the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

As per the official assertion, “Shailendra Singh, IFoS (TR:1997) as Deputy Director General (DDG), UIDAI, HQ, New Delhi under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for a tenure of five years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Laxmi P. Rao Yarram, IFoS (MH:1986)”

The appointment of Shailendra Singh together with a number of others has been accredited by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) which is headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as per the order by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
