Minor Hotels to enter Bahrain with two new properties

Minor Hotels has confirmed its entrance into Bahrain with the upcoming debut of its Avani and Tivoli manufacturers.

Scheduled to open in 2024, Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort can be a part of Bilaj Al Jazayer, a brand new waterfront leisure mixed-use masterplan.

The improvement is owned by Edamah, the actual property arm of the Bahrain sovereign wealth fund, Mumtalakat.

The new improvement will provide resorts, residential villas and residences, meals and beverage retailers, retail, workplaces and leisure.

Bilaj Al Jazayer is situated on the south-west coast of Bahrain and encompasses 1.3 million sq. metres of land with a three-kilometre beachfront.

Manama, the capital and important metropolis of Bahrain, is a 25-minute drive and Bahrain International F1 Circuit and Dilmun Waterpark are in shut proximity.

The new Avani and Tivoli accommodations, every with 110 keys, can be situated alongside the principle boulevard of Bilaj Al Jazayer on the waterfront.

Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer will provide a number of visitor rooms and suites, an all-day eating restaurant, an Avani Pantry and a pool bar, along with an outside swimming pool, a health club and assembly area.

Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer’s services will embrace visitor rooms and suites, two eating places, two bars and a café, an outside swimming pool, a health club, plus spa and wellness services.

In addition, the accommodations will share a seashore membership throughout the Bilaj Al Jazayer improvement.
