Switch Mobility Ltd. the electrified business autos firm backed by the Hinduja Group, has introduced that Dr Miranda Brawn has been appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director on the first July 2021. This step follows the sooner appointment of auto trade veteran Mr. J M Alapont to the Board and the latest appointment of Switch Mobility Limited’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice Chairman, Dr Andrew Palmer, and different key Leadership staff positions.

Former Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan banker and senior lawyer, Dr. Miranda Brawn, brings her wealth of experience and expertise throughout many sectors together with finance, regulation, expertise, and engineering – notably electrical autos – to the boardrooms of worldwide organizations. Her focus areas embody company governance, regulatory, and danger administration, whereas trailblazing the best way for the range, fairness and inclusion (DE&I) and surroundings, social, and governance (ESG) agenda within the company boardroom.
